Declaration of Elimination
of Anti-Social Forces
In order to fulfill our social responsibilities as a corporation, Kishun Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (hereinafter collectively, “the Company”) will, in accordance with the following basic policy, endeavor to eliminate organized crime groups, their members, associate members, companies affiliated with organized crime groups, corporate racketeers, social movement fraudsters, organized crime groups with specialized intelligence, and other groups or individuals that pursue economic gain through the use of violence, intimidation, and fraudulent tactics (hereinafter, “Anti-Social Forces”).
1. The Company will take an organization-wide approach to dealing with Anti-Social Forces, starting with our President and continuing through top management.
2. The Company will ensure the safety of employees who deal with Anti-Social Forces.
3. The Company will cooperate with external specialist organizations, such as the police, the National Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations, and lawyers, to eliminate Anti-Social Forces.
4. The Company will sever all relationships with Anti-Social Forces, including the provision of products and services, and other business relationships.
5. The Company will firmly reject any unjust demands made by Anti-Social Forces, and will take legal action against unjust demands made by Anti-Social Forces, both civilly and criminally.
6. The Company will make every effort to cautiously determine whether the other party is an Anti-Social Force. In the unlikely event that suspicion arises that the other party is an Anti-Social Force, we will take appropriate measures to dissolve the relationship.
7. Even if the unjust demands made by Anti-Social Forces are based on misconduct in our business activities or employee misconduct, the Company will respond in a transparent manner. The Company will never engage in backroom deals to cover up the facts of such cases.
8. The Company will never provide funds to Anti-Social Forces.
